Barbara Powers (Nonie)

My grandmother and the original organizer in my life.

Hi, I’m Sarah Lawrence.

Organizing has always been my superpower. From childhood furniture rearranging to running a wellness center, I’ve always been drawn to creating order and building community. Inspired by the original organizer in my life, my grandmother Barbara Powers, and her beautifully organized art space, I found my way to professional organizing—helping others create functional, peaceful homes.

When I’m not organizing, I’m hiking, reading, cooking or spending time with my family and our dog, Sadie. I also volunteer at Vindeket Foods, Pathways Hospice, and lead a monthly group for end-of-life practitioners.

I can’t wait to help you create a space that’s not just organized, but truly you.

My Approach

I believe that organizing is about so much more than tidying up—it’s about creating a space that truly supports your life and reflects what matters most to you.

My approach starts with listening to your needs and understanding your goals. I take a personalized, nonjudgmental approach, meeting you where you are. I believe that organizing should be a collaborative and empowering experience. My goal is to work alongside you to help you create systems and routines that are not only practical but sustainable for the long haul. I’m here to support you every step of the way, making sure the systems we put in place work for your lifestyle and evolve with you over time. You don’t have to do this alone! Ready to begin?
